I started this business in April of 2022.

I started it because I love woodworking and my journey to where I’m at today. I look at my woodworking in the same light as creative art and I've been into the arts for as long as I can remember. Everything from drawing to music or just finding new ways to be creative.

…but also, I started it to escape the full on burn out I was experiencing. At my previous day job, I could feel myself losing my creativity and, ultimately, parts of myself. It became an overwhelming time sink that kept me from my family, friends, and more. I consider all these things important to my mental health, but also to my family and friends’. As I was losing myself, they were losing parts of me too.

So after a not so subtle nudge from the Universe, and taking into consideration what everyone else in my life had to say, there wasn’t really anything left to argue or think about.

I’m obviously new to running a business, but what I might lack in business experience I make up for in woodworking experience. It's taken me the better part of a decade to develop my skill set to where it is today. As I continue to grow in my craft, I’ll be growing as a business owner too.

Thank you to the family and friends that taught and encouraged me along the way. I wouldn’t be here without all your love and support.
